Color names, and what a screen cannot show
A photograph of a garment is a photograph of a light source. The color name is the more reliable of the two, and here is how we handle both.

Every screen renders color differently, and every product photograph was lit by somebody else's lamp. A garment shot against a white wall in daylight will not match the same garment under a studio light.
So we print the color word next to every price. 159 styles here come in more than one colorway, and the widest of them, Lounge Sets 2 Piece Skirt Colorblock T Shirt, runs to 23.
Where the maker labels a color with a code, we drop the code and keep the word. A shopper needs the shade, not the warehouse reference.

Choosing between two shades you cannot compare

Pick the print first and the plain second. A print carries two or three colors, and any of them will pair with a plain piece from the same family.
The exception is texture. A waffle knit and a smooth jersey in the same shade will read as two different colors under the same light, because texture changes how much light comes back.
When in doubt, choose the darker of two shades for the bottom half. It hides the friction that bottoms take, and it puts the lighter color where the eye goes first.
